Overview of the Role:
The Associate Salesforce Administrator partners closely with our Product Engineering team to develop Salesforce-based solutions in an effort to streamline workflow and operations across the company. Product Engineering provides consulting services, architecture, design, and training across internal teams.
The Associate Salesforce Administrator is a key part of the growing Salesforce Team at Privia Health. This is a great opportunity for new admins to get hands-on experience with a complex Salesforce org, develop new skills, and take on new responsibilities!
Primary Job Duties:
Completes assigned change requests for internal employee and customer community user incidents and change requests
Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Object administration (custom field creation and updates, page layouts, etc.)
Complete end user training/new hire orientation sessions as necessary, promote adoption across business units
Collaborate with teams to prepare and maintain Salesforce-related documentation
Participate in and contribute to scrum meetings i.e. daily stand-up, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Perform other duties as assigned
Desire to learn and grow in the Salesforce Ecosystem
Salesforce Administrator Certification, or ability to attain
Interest in Agile and DevOps processes
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
Experience supporting or working in one or more of the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
